ABU DHABI – The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has unveiled its updated fuel prices for February 2026, with motorists set to pay less at the pump compared with January.
The Fuel Prices Monitoring Committee approved the new rates on Saturday, based on the latest average global oil prices plus distribution costs. The revised tariffs, which take effect from 1 February, reflect a downward adjustment across all major petrol grades.
Fuel price movements in the UAE are determined monthly by the Ministry of Energy, following a transparent review of international market trends. For February, motorists will see decreases in Super 98, Special 95 and E-Plus 91 petrol costs, with diesel also maintained at competitive rates. The changes could cut the cost of a full tank by several dirhams depending on vehicle size and fuel grade.

The revised tariffs reflect savings between Dh4.08 and Dh7.40 for a full tank of petrol in February, depending on the fuel grade and vehicle type. Drivers of compact cars will notice the smallest absolute savings, while those operating larger sedans and SUVs will benefit from greater reductions due to higher tank capacities.
In addition to petrol adjustments, diesel has been set at Dh2.52 per litre for February.
